Details
Upon completion of the Certification Level 1 program, Joint Health & Safety Committee members are required to take the Level 2 program to finalize their certification. This 2 day program consists of industry specific training consisting of a workplace hazard assessment and training on each hazard to ensure that they are properly controlled. This training is designed to help certified representatives identify, assess and control, or better yet eliminate, hazards specific to their workplace.
Course Delivery:
This course is entirely on Zoom so you can take the course from the comfort of your home. Our team will be on standby for any technical support needed to provide a seamless training experience.
Pre-requisite:
You must complete the JHSC Part 2 training within 12 months of completing the JHSC Part 1 or you will be required to redo your part 1.
Important information to note:
JHSC members must attend a Refresher Training Course every 3 years to uphold their certified status. Failure to participate in a Refresher Training Program could lead to the CPO revoking the certification. If the certification is revoked, you will be required to re-attend both courses JHSC Part 1 and 2.
