Description:

Communicating Effectively

In life, communication is everything. The world today is connected through communication opportunities like never before. Unless we can make ourselves clearly understood, we will be mis-judged, under-utilized and passed over for other candidates that better convey the point they are trying to make. From individual relationships to global companies, our success hinges on communicating effectively.

Upon completion of this workshop, students will be able to:
- Identify common communication problems that may be holding them back
- Develop skills in listening actively and empathetically
- Identify what their non-verbal messages are telling others
- Develop skills in asking questions
- Enhance their ability to handle difficult situations
