This course provides industry with a regulatory overview for documentation/records retention for Record Keeping for Medical Marihuana Licensed Producer operations. It then launches into a series of discussions on topics relating to document retention. Combined
with interactive exercises, learners will be provided an engaging group workshop to help aid their businesses on how compliance requirements can be met to satisfy government agency inspections, e.g. Health Canada.

The comprehensive regulatory requirements of documentation and their retention periods for MMPR inspections as they relate to:
Division 4 – Good Production Practice (GPP):
- Security/Security Clearances
- Storage of product
- Letters/notifications of intent to produce: police, fire & government
- Premises/Leasing/Consent by Landlord
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Quality Systems documents/Quality Assurance (Qualified Person)
- Training/Human Resources documents
- Required documentation for consultants/contractors
- Sanitation & Hygiene
- Validation
