TOERSA Security is proud to be a registered supplier of the Ontario Security Guard Curriculum. The 40 hour course is offered regularly, be sure to check frequently for new dates. Course Payment can be made on-site by cash, money order or via etransfer. Seating is subject to availability. Pre-payment is the preferred reservation method. Your placement in a course is not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation email from TOERSA Security. Refunds are subject to administration fees. The Private Security and Investigative Services Branch of the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services has taken many steps to regulate the role of a security guard in an effort to create more accountability and provide a better service to the public. The basic Training and Testing Regulation took effect on April 15, 2010. This Regulation helps strengthen the professional requirements for security guards and private investigators and enhance public safety. This course also includes the Emergency Level C First Aid Training that is required by the Ministry.

Year after year TOERSA continues to grow at a great pace. When we started in 2008 we had a handful of security guards, we now employ over 600 security guards annually. We have teams working in Eastern Ontario, GTA, and Western Quebec. We provide the Ontario Security Guard Training Course as mandated by the Private Security and Investigative Services Branch to help new applicants get their security guard license. We have also expanded into Protective Services, Loss Prevention, and Private Investigations. Our growth is the direct result of an excellent team.
Our management team does a great job improving procedures and putting new systems in place. The front line Security Guards continue to exceed expectations. Ongoing recruitment has helped to develop our team of competent security guards focused on customer service.
