The diploma program in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography at Pharma-Medical Science College is designed to develop competency-based objectives and implements learning activities to ensure that all the competencies in the competency profile for the profession are taught. The program's objective is to develop theoretical and clinical competency in the field of cardiac sonography/ultrasound. Students will gain extensive on-site laboratory experience utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and participate in clinical training with affiliated clinical agencies. The program aims to ensure students gain the knowledge, skills and behaviors defined in National Competency profile (NCP5.1)  to successfully enter the sonography/ultrasound field.
