Certified ScrumMaster training - LEARN FROM "THE YODA OF SCRUM”
Details
At work have you ever felt…
- pressured to deliver faster, and a lot more?
- that obstacles were constantly put in your way?
- frustrated by wasted time in meetings?
- like you were part of a feature factory?
- loss of momentum and motivation?
- confused about what you were supposed to be building/doing?
- micromanaged?
- management didn’t care (or, worse, didn’t trust you)?
- that Scrum is a waste of time, or been told that it is?
Traditional self-study doesn’t work because many books and teachers treat Scrum as a magic formula, promising that if you just follow all the prescribed steps, you’ll produce great product with more features, faster. But you’re working
with real people in the real world, not a theoretical one. In real life, there’s egos, deadlines, competition, pressure… a whole host of problems that aren’t mentioned in training material. Fixing the problems – and the system that created them - isn’t easy,
so you need skills as well as a plan to help find your own unique path through the mess.
Discount training gets you discount results.
Don’t settle for fast food Scrum. Invest in healthy, full-meal training with success and ongoing support during and after the course.
