PERCDC started operations in January 18, 2003; primarily responding to the need of the ECE graduates preparing for the ECE Licensure Examination for a highly competitive but dignified, effective and dedicated review center. It is an organization made alive, vibrant, and dynamic by constant enhancement and creativity. In view of this, it developed a review program that matches up to today’s type of examination with the aid of on hand modern technologies and the most conducive to learning facilities. It lives by its maxim “Beyond Traditional ECE Review!”
